Crock Pot Chicken by Tracy
5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 small onion
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Place chicken breasts in crock pot (you will need to add a little water in the bottom of the crock pot approx. 1/2 cup). Melt butter and stir in italian seasoning packet; drizzle of chicken. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Warm cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and sliced onion on stove top; pour over chicken. Cook an additional 45 min. to 1 hr. Very yummy when served over rice.
